Step 1: Locate the 8 sections of pipe to make an end rafter. This will include (2) leg extensions, (2)
legs, (2) rafter sections "A", and (2) rafter sections "B", Also locate a 3-way coupler and
(2) cross connectors.
Step 2: Add a cross connector to one side of every "A" pipe section. This will be used to secure the
purlin during frame assembly later on.
Step 3: Start at the coupler and add sections to form a house-shaped arch like the one below laying
flat on the ground. It is essential that you perform this step on level ground or the completed
rafter assembly will be twisted.
Step 4: Repeat the steps above to assemble the other end rafter identical to the first.
Step 5: Repeat the steps above to assemble the inside rafters similar to the first but using a 4-way
coupler at each peak instead of the 3-way couplers used at the ends.
