Commissioning
Before commissioning, the user must check that all the parts of the lift spreader are present. All parts
should be checked to ensure that they are not damaged. If defects are discovered during commissioning, the
lift spreader must be returned to the dealer. Commissioning must take place as directed in the instructions
for use. The lift spreader must be assembled as shown in
Figure 5:

The lift spreader can be used outdoors. The lift spreader must be used at temperatures between -35 °C and
50 °C. The lift spreader is able to withstand moisture, but it must be dried and cleaned after use
storage.
Use
The lift spreader is adjusted to the correct length prior to use. All adjusting beams must always be set to the same
length when used

shorter than the width of the object max 6° angle

When lifting using chains, hooks and suchlike must not touch the lift spreader itself.

The lift spreader must only be used within its lifting range and at an appropriate temperature. The lift spreader
cannot guarantee the correct type of lifting situation, or that the lifting line will not break.
Under no circumstances must the lift spreader be used in a manner not specified in the instructions for use.
Attachment at any location other than the attachment points is strictly prohibited!
The lift spreader may be used for a maximum of 16,000 load cycles
The lifting spreader must not be exposed to foreign objects such as acids, chemicals, etc
