Extrusion Cut Outs

Assembling top and bottom locks to rods

ABOVE THE CENTRE LINE

1. Preasemble and connect

the top and bottom operating

rods to the Actuator bar.

BELOW THE CENTRE LINE

2. Feed the top and bottom operating

rods fitted with the actuating bar through

the the top cut. Do not fully

insert slave locks into cutouts.

3. With the top slave unit in the locked

position, attach the top rod.

4. Find and pull the bottom out through the

bottom cutout.

Fitting Centre lock

5.Fully insert centre lock into cut out.

Secure centre lock with two 12mm

countresink self tapping screws supplied.

6. Fully insert the slave locks and secure

with 12mm countersink self tapping

screws.
