Unscrew the union nut [figure 12A]
and
remove
the air
cap [figure 12B] and
nozzle
[figure
12C].

Clean
the
air cap, nozzle
seal (figure
120]
and
nozzle
with a
brush and
solvent or water.

The device
can only be operated with an integer
diaphragm [figure
11Cl.
To
fit
the integer
diaphragm:
1.
Place the diaphragm w
ith
the pin facing
upwards
on the
bottom
section of the valve
[refer
to
the marking
on
the
spray
gun body].
2.
Screw the
va lve
cover
in place.
3.
Insert the
vent ilating
hose
into
the
valve cover and over
the nipple
on
the gun body.
Never operate
the
device'
if the
nozzl"e
seal
is damaged
or
missing.
A damaged
or
missing
nozz le seal can allow liquids
to
enter the
device,
increasing the
risk
of electric
shock.

Slide
the nozzle
seal
[figure 130]
with the groove [slot]
facing the nozzle [figure 13 Bl.
Inse
rt
the nozzle (f igure 12C
]
into the spray gun body
and turn it
until
it is
in
the correct
position.

Place
the air cap [f
ig
ure
12B]
on
t
he
nozzle
and t
ighten
it
using the union
nut.
7.
Place the
conta
in
er sea
l
from
below
on the suction tube
and sl
ide
it over the collar, wh ile turning
the container
seal slightly, and inse
rtin
g the $UCtion
tube
with
container
seal
in
the
spray gun
body.
