3 IMS Half Bridge Daughter Power Board Options
With the driver motherboard, the evaluation platform can be purchased in 4 different configurations: low
power (3 kW) and high power (6 kW), normal thermal conductivity (3K) and high thermal conductivity
(7K). The ordering options are listed in table 2:
