4. Setup & Installation
Open the Admin Account email sent from A-SAFE

Please locate the email titled 'RackEye™ Admin Account' sent prior to the delivery. This email contains key
login information including your site survey.

Download the App
Relevant links to download the RackEye™ App will also be included. Follow the
links through to the RackEye™ Dashboard where you can set your unique site
and manage account types and location sites.

Installing the Gateway
Ensure all Gateways are installed. For more information view the Gateway manual.

App
To add your first RackEye™ to your
installation you will need to download
the A-SAFE RackEye™ App from either
the google play store or the app store.
Log in using the credentials detailed on
the admin account email.
Set Up Warehouses & Zones

Zones and aisles are used to help pin point where RackEye's™ are within a warehouse and for
comparative reporting between different areas within the same site. This makes the notifications side of
the product more useful. Each Gateway is placed at the most central point within the zone (if possible) this
ensures the best signal for all RackEye's™ within that area.
