Replacing the Coin-Cell Battery

WARNING: The battery may explode if installed incorrectly. Replace the battery
only with the same or equivalent type. Discard used batteries according to the
manufacturer's instructions.
Procedure
1
Place the coin-cell battery into its position on the palm-rest assembly.
2
Route the coin-cell cable through the routing guides on the palm-rest assembly.
3
Connect the coin-cell battery cable to the system board.
4
Follow step 3 and step 4 from "Replacing the Speakers" on page 15.
