Screws From Top Of Power
Source (4)
Remove four screws from top of power
source.

Insulators and shoulder washers
must be installed.

Place insulators on top of power source

Swivel Assembly

Swivel Mounting Bracket
Set swivel assembly on top of power
source. Align holes in swivel feet with
insulators and holes in power source.

Swivel assembly is setup for
Deltaweld 350 models. If using
Deltaweld 500 model, move the
two swivel brackets to the rear of
the swivel assembly.

Shoulder Washers

Screws From Hardware Kit (4)
Insert washers. Use four screws from
hardware kit to secure. Torque to 50
in. lb.

Screw 10-32
Insert screw and tighten.
