cracked cables and

Y Disconnect input power
before maintaining.
Repair or
replace
cracked cables.
Clean and
tighten
weld
terminals.

Maintain more often
during severe conditions.
Replace
cracked
torch body.
Y Turn Off welding power
source and disconnect input
power before checking fuse.
Fuses F1 and F2 protect the 115
volt ac winding of transformer T2. If
2
fuse F1 or F2 opens, the welding
power source shuts down.
Remove top cover from unit to ac-
cess fuses.

Fuse F1
Check F1 and replace if needed,
using a fuse of the same rating.

Fuse F2
Check F2 and replace if needed,
using a fuse of the same rating.
Use proper tool when removing
fuses.
Reinstall top cover.
