The 0PERAT10N/BATT indicator lights when the power is turned on.
To listen to the radio

power
is
supplied
and
the
OPERATION/BATT indicator lights only
while the tape is travelling.
VOLUME
Turn VOLUME to adjust the
volume to the desired level.
Turn it clockwise to turn up the volume.
Turn it counter-clockwise to turn down
the volume.
Adjusting the deep bass (XBS)
Turn XBS LEVEL to adjust the
deep bass to the desired level.
Turn it clockwise to increase the deep
bass.
Turn it counter-clockwise to reduce the
deep bass.
Adjusting the graphic equalizer control

GRAPHIC EQUALIZER
Adjust the graphic equalizer controls to
desired settings.
■ Turning the power off:
SELECTOR
Set
SELECTOR to
"TAPE/
Press STOP/EJECT if a tape is travelling.
The OPERATION/BATT indicator goes
off.
Listening through headphones
(not included)
Turn down the volume and
connect the headphones to
the PHONES jack.
Plug type: Stereo mini
Note:
Avoid listening for prolonged periods of
time to prevent hearing damage.
