Use only popcorn packaged for
microwave oven use. Try several
brands to decide which is most
acceptable for your taste. Place
bag with only one fold slightly off
center and place bag with two
folds in the center of the turntable.
You may also fold down the
corners of the bag so it turns
freely.
Touch POPCORN pad once for
regular.

EXPRESS DEFROST

Express Defrost automatically defrosts foods shown in
the chart below. Check the chart to determine appropri-
ate time.
• Suppose you want to defrost a 2.0 pound steak (1
thick) for 14 minutes.

Touch the EXPRESS
DEFROST pad.

Close the door and
touch the START pad.
The oven will stop and the CHECK indicator will
flash.
The food should be checked and turned over and/
or shielded.
After the 1st stage, open the door, turn steak

over and shield any warm portions. Close the
door.

After the 2nd stage, open the door and shield

any warm portions. Close the door.
