Cause
Power cord not connected to outlet.
Dead power output.
Defective electronic component.
Switch isn't at 'AUTO or "TOUCH' position.
Eccentric brass rod doesn't work well.
Switch is broken.
Motor is broken.

Speed controller is broken.
Eccentric brass rod doesn't work well.
