"Electrical module fault"
Make sure that the water tap is open. If yes:
• Switch the washing machine off by turning the programme
selector to the "Off/O" position; then turn the programme
selector to a wash programme again. If there is still a failure:
• Push the "Reset" button for at least 3 seconds.
"F24"
"Water level too high" (after programme cancellation or false
operating). Switch off the washing machine by turning the
programme selector to the "Off/O" position. Turn the
programme selector to a wash programme again, shortly press
the "Reset/Drain" button and press "Start (Pause)" within 15
seconds to start the Drain programme.
"Waterstop fault"
For models with big display, the red "Waterstop" symbol
will also light up in this case.
Turn the programme selector to the "Off/O" position, pull out
the mains plug and turn the water tap off. Tilt the appliance
forward carefully to allow collected water to flow out from the
bottom. Then:
• Plug in the appliance again.
• Turn the water tap on (if water immediately flows into the
appliance without the appliance being started, there is a failure;
turn off the tap and notify the After-Sales Service).
• Select and start the desired programme again.
"Overfoaming"
Too much foam interrupted the wash programme.
• Select and start the "Rinse & Spin" programme.
• Afterwards select and start the desired programme again,
using less detergent. See also paragraph "The machine is at a
standstill...." on first page of Troubleshooting Guide.
If any of the faults described above persist, unplug the
appliance, turn off the water tap and contact our
After-Sales Service (see next chapter).
