In principle, for this the same operating instructions apply as for all

AQUATRACE IV devices.

However, some special features are to be considered when using and

operating the battery device:

The AT IV-LA is provided for mobile use with Li / Ion battery pack. The battery pack is

internally equipped with protective circuit against deep discharge and overcharging.

When loading a balancer works and ensures equal cell voltage.

Alternatively, the stationary use with a fixed power supply is possible. A 230 V power

supply is permanently installed. By means of this power supply also the battery pack

is charging.

Switchover between mains and battery mode is automatic when the battery-toggle

switch is set to ON. Thus, a measurement will be continued even after power failure

without external action. Likewise can be work in battery mode with decreasing battery

voltage by plugging into the mains recharging the battery without measurement

interruption.

1.Battery mode

Battery-toggle switch to ON

Press the START button for about 2 seconds

Key lighting indicates the battery status (green lights - is the normal state)

Windows and application starts automatically and the unit is then ready for

operation

In measurement mode, the remaining power is displayed as a %-value in

the lower right corner of channel 1. This value is an approximate value and

depends on the current flow through the measuring cell and the charge

state of the battery pack.

2 options are provided to switch off the device:
