The reading is higher than measuring range, please
redo a measurement.
Out of operating condition.
Poor contact or movement caused the device to stop
measuring. Make sure both skin and probe are clean
then measure again. Make sure the Sensor is close
in contact with temple and avoid body movement
while taking measurement
Device self-diagnostic error, please contact the
distributor.

The device itself (battery excluded) comes with one year warranty
from purchasing date if it is operated under normal circumstances
without evidence of tampering. See exclusions below.
