OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Check the "Start/Stop" switch to ensure it's in the "Stop" position.
2. Connect the Red alligator clip to the positive/+ battery terminal, and the Black alligator
clip to the negative/- battery terminal.
3. Plug the charger to an AC power source.
4. Press the "Start" switch to start the charging sequence.
INDICATIONS
1. "Red" LED: there is power to the unit and the "Start" switch is turned on.
2.
"Amber
/ Green" LED (dual colored LED):
Ready / Float Charge". Charger will automatically switch to "Float Mode" and can be
left on continuously without harming the battery.
3. "Red" flashing LED: means the charger does not see a load at the battery due to a
"reverse polarity" or "open/blown fuse" condition. Fuse located on front of unit – use
5AMP / 250V fuse only.
4. Fan runs at a higher speed during bulk/absorption charge mode than it does during float
charge.
