Does not power on

Displays Not Activated

Cannot print serially (using

communication cable)

Change the batteries

Press the left button

• Check that the printer is on

• Check the cable connection

• Check the cable

• Change the mouthpiece. Use

part number 95-000130, to

order more mouthpieces from

ACS

• Eating, drinking or smoking 20

minutes prior to taking the test

can contaminate results. Wait

for at least 20 minutes and

repeat the test

• Check if a calibration is due

• Change the mouthpiece

• Use part number 95-000130

to order more mouthpieces

from ACS

• Replace the paper roll

• Use part number 95-000171

to order more rolls from ACS

• You are trying to calibrate the

device with a solution less

than 100 BAC

• Do not attempt to calibrate

yourself
