G4 - 1824HAB HANGOVER APEX BAR 1.8m x 2.4m - Assembly Steps

STEP 2: PANELS

Items:

2x G3 - PANEL AH - 1150x1905

1x SPLIT FRONT PANEL BOTTOM

1x SPLIT FRONT WINDOW PANEL

1x SPLIT FRONT PANEL TOP

36x 60mm SCREWS

1x DOOR FRAME

1x APEX PANEL RH

1x DOOR SIDE PANEL

1x APEX PANEL LH

1x SIDE PANEL

2x ST-PT15501775.Z

20x 30mm PIN NAILS

NOTE:

The layout of your doors can be changed by installing

the relevant Panels on the opposite side of your

Hangover Bar.

Principle of connecting panels

•

Line up the panels so that the top and bottom of

each panel are flush with one another.

•

Use 8x equally spaced 60mm screws to secure the

Front and Back Panel.

APEX PANEL RH

SCREW 60mm

G4 - DOOR FRAME

G4 -DOOR SIDE PANEL

SIDE WITHOUT DOOR:

•

Line up the panels so that the top and bottom of each panel are flush with

one another.

•

Use 4x equally spaced 60mm screws to secure APEX PANEL LH to the SIDE

PANEL.

PLEASE NOTE: The panels displayed are for a right sided door. To

change the door to the other side, switch from Panel LH to RH

** Pre-drill parts before fixing screws **

SIDE:

•

Ensuring the top of the frames are flush with one another, use 4x

60mm Screws to fix the DOOR FRAME to the DOOR Side Panels.

•

Use 4x 60mm Screws to fix Apex Panel RH to the previously assembled

structure.

•

Use 10x 30mm Pin Nails to fix ST-PT15501775.Z to the front of the

door frame. Make sure it is flush to the bottom and side of the Side

Panel - Note: The Back View is shown on the images referenced.

PLEASE NOTE: The panels displayed are for a right sided door. To

change the door to the other side, switch from Panel RH to LH
