Fill all unused holes with the
10mm dowels provided.
Ground anchors
A hole will need to be dug for each ground anchor (for locations of ground anchors see above diagram). The disc end of
the ground anchor needs to be placed in the dug hole. To attach the looped end of the anchor to the ladders,
pre-drilled holes (using a 8mm drill bit) will need to be drilled before screwing the anchors using the
screws and washers provided. It is important that the ground anchors are connected to the tower legs and ladder
as low down as possible to reduce tripping hazards. When the anchors are firmly attached to the climbing frame, fill
in the holes with compacted soil. If you find that the soil does not hold the anchors in place sufficiently when the tower
is in use, concrete will need to be used to secure them.
