• Place the transport arc onto the fixing pins

using a light movement.

• Tighten the hexagonal socket screws with 3,4

Nm.

• Remove the firm foil between the light protec-

tion brush and the housing.

• Fit the cover.

The flat cable harness must be po-

sitioned so that it does not become

pinched, thereby interfering with the

function of the transport arc.

• Tighten the screws of the cover.

• Mount tubes.

• Mount covers.

• Check in the oscilloscope mode of the

CRConfig that no light emerges from the light

protection brushes.

When the foil cassette is inserted, the

measured value has to be inferior than

400 with an amplification HV=1000.

• Replace the connector to the PCB mounted on

the transport arc cover.

Assure correct positioning of con-

nector with marker.

The red cable must face the inside of

the cover.
