Assembly: Phoenix Bunk Bed

STEP 1:
Assemble the lower bunk using 2 x lower bunk bed
ends (B) and 1 x side rail (C) with labels and 1 x side
rails (C) without labels.
Install 2 x barrel nuts (#2) into 1 x side rail (C) and
then position the side rail onto 1 x lower bunk bed
end (B). Note: Please ensure the inserts on the slat
support are facing up.
Install 2 x hex bolts (#1) through the bed end and
secure into the barrel nuts, tightening with allen key.
Repeat for the other side rail (C).

Hardware for Step 1:
4x #2 Barrel Nut
4x #1 Hex Bolt 90mm

STEP 2:
2 people required
Install 4 x barrel nuts (#2) into the open ends of
the side rails (C), then with the help of another
person, lift the side rails and guide onto 1 x high
bed end (B).
Whilst held in position install 4 x hex bolts (#1)
through the bed end, into the barrel nuts (#2) and
tighten with allen key.
