[4]-10 Feeding mechanism (cont.)

ASSEMBLING

(1) Insert Piston into Driver guide complete and connect it with Feeding claw. Refer to the right illustration in Fig. 31.

(2) Secure Feeding claw to piston by passing Pin 4-4.5 through Feeding claw and Piston.

Refer to the center illustration in Fig. 31.

(3) Secure the Pin 4-4.5 with Urethane ring 3. Refer to the left illustration in Fig. 31.

(4) Assemble Compression spring 7, Rubber ring 16 and Cup washer 5, and secure them with Retaining ring R-24.

Refer to Fig. 31. And mount Door with Magazine cap to Driver guide complete. Refer to Fig. 29.

[4]-11 Inlet Cap, One touch joint

DISASSEMBLING

Inlet cap and One touch joint can be disassembled as illustrated in Fig. 32.

If it is difficult to remove One touch joint H22PM as illustrated in Fig. 32, One touch joint can be disassembled as

illustrated in Fig. 32A.

Note: Be careful the direction to turn One touch joint H22PM or Inlet cap when disassembling. They have

left handed threads.

When removing One touch joint H22PM,

clamp this hexagonal portion in vise, then

turn the machine clockwise as the right

illustration.

If it is difficult to remove One touch joint H22PM as illustrated in Fig.31, take the following steps.

1. Disassemble Inlet cap together with One touch joint H22PM from Housing set.

2. Heat One touch joint H22PM with gas burner.

3. Turn the One touch joint clockwise.

Take the disassembling step in reverse. Refer to Fig. 32A / 32.

Note: Be careful the direction to turn One touch joint H22PM or Inlet cap when assembling. They have left handed

threads.

When removing Inlet cap,

clamp this flat portion of Inlet cap,

in vise, then turn the machine clockwise

as the right illustration.
