WARNINGS
•
The Coupling Tool BCB 110 is supplied with a pair of reusable elastomer expanders for each
processing diameter, from ø 40 to 90 mm. After about 5-10 flarings, depending on the dia-
meter, the elastomer expander may struggle to enter into the pipe due to excessive expan-
sion. This does NOT mean that it is exhausted: the elastomer expander returns to its original
shape after a rest period depending on the working temperature. In the meantime, set the
machine out of work and replace the elastomer with the supplied second one, to proceed
working.
•
At temperatures closed to 0°C, the return time of the expander can be considerably longer.
•
Discard the elastomer only in case of breakage or if it doesn't go back to its initial shape
after the rest period.
