The 100BASE-FX and 10/100BASE-TX Fast Ethernet Switching Modules
contain LEDs that indicate the module and port status. Watch the
Module Status LED during system power-on to verify proper module
operation.
The power-on diagnostic test flash sequence is:
Green – Yellow – Green – Flashing Green (while running the diagnostic
test) – Green.
If the Module Status LED is Yellow after the diagnostics run, the
module has failed.
For the latest revision of diagnostics, only the Port Status LEDs are
tested, and the flashing sequence is: Yellow – Green – Off.
