Troubleshooting
Diagnostic OBDII BUS statuses like DTC codes
w ill not be available on SmartStart because the
BUS w as not detected. Please check your
HSCAN connections, reset, and reprogram the
module.
If the bypass module fails to flash, it means the
module did not receive the signal.

SmartStart can still be used but w ill w ork w ith limited

Commands can come from RF, D2D or W2W.

If using XL202, make sure that the proper cable is
connected. When using SmartStart make sure that
SmartStart is configured in D2D.
Module received the command, but the car did not
perform the action.
Activated from Web automatically w hen using RXT
flash tool or can be done manually. Refer to feature
programming section for more information.
