14. Safety Inspection
Once the tasks listed above have been completed and no further faults have
occurred, a safety inspection has to be carried out.
According to IEC 62353, the safety inspection is a periodic safety check required
for medical products.
15. Maintenance Log
After completion of the tasks listed above and subsequent safety inspection, the
treatment unit has to be handed over to the customer, together with the completed
maintenance log form and the safety inspection printout.
