Maintenance log L2-Range and D2-Range
With Combi-Sepamatic CS1: Perform a visual leak test. Check function and suction
power: Observe the manufacturer's (Dürr) maintenance instructions.
❯ Cleaning of the suction unit in accordance with the operating instructions. ❯ Clean
or replace the protective sieves at the aspiration inlet. ❯ If a rinsing unit is present:
clean the sieve in the water supply. ❯ Perform a functional test.
With Combi-Sepamatic CS1: Perform a visual leak test. Check function and suction
power: Observe the manufacturer's (Dürr) maintenance instructions.
❯ Replace the rubber grommets on the connections.
With Combi-Sepamatic CS1: Perform a visual leak test. Check function and suction
power: Observe the manufacturer's (Dürr) maintenance instructions.
❯ Replace the rubber grommets on the connections.
❯ Replace all O-rings in the device.

9. Suction
Suction filter block check suction filter for soiling and proper drain; clean it if
necessary.
Suction filter block: check sealing cap of the suction filter drawer and replace
O-ring.
Suction filter block: check filter sieve drawer for defects and replace if necessary.
Suction filter block: pull off suction hoses and replace O-rings.
Check suction hoses for defects and replace if necessary.
Suction shut-off valve: Perform a visual leak test. Clean and replace valve
membrane of the valve.
