Extending Legs
To extend the tripod legs, release the Locking Levers
on each leg section and slide the leg to a desired length.
To lock, firmly push the lever back into place to secure the
section in place. Repeat this process for the remaining
legs to achieve desired height. Ensure that all of the
Locking Levers have been properly locked before use.
If the ground is not even, the legs can be extended to
different lengths.
Height Adjustment
The height of your tripod can be further increased by
raising the center column. Loosen the Center Column
Locking Knob to unlock the center column of the tripod
and raise to desired height and tighten knob.
Attaching Projector
to Tripod
First, ensure that Ball Head Knob is tight before
proceeding. Loosen the Platform Locking Knob and
depress the Platform Locking Pin on the side and slide
Projector Platform outward from the ball head. Remove
the platform and attach it to the bottom of the projector by
placing the Tripod Pad on the bottom of the projector over
the screw mount opening. Tighten the thumb screw on
the platform until it is snug to the base of the projector. Do
not over tighten. Fold the thumb screw down flat. Replace
the platform back onto the ball head in the original position
by pushing in locking pin and sliding platform back into
position and then tighten locking knob.
Caution: Ensure that the Ball Head Knob is in a
tightened position before mounting projector.
Operating the Ball Head
Horizontal Projection
For horizontal panning, loosen the Panning Locking
Knob, which will allow the ball head to move left or right
horizontally. Tighten the panning locking knob to secure a
horizontal position. To tilt the ball head up or down, loosen
the Ball Head Knob and while holding the projector firmly,
move the ball head to desired position, retighten knob.
Caution: Do not let go of the projector without first
locking the ball head into position.
