Sensor calibration using the Baumer calibration box

In this method, sensor calibration uses calibrated resistors (dry calibration). For doing so, dein-

stall the sensor.

This task can be done either using the FlexProgram or via IO-Link (e.g. BSS). The following ex-

ample shows calibration with FlexProgram.

Condition:

ð The sensor is connected to a PC with software FlexProgram installed.

ð The sensor is switched on.

ð The calibration box with measurement record is ready for use.

Instruction:

a) Open software FlexProgram on the PC.

b) Open setting PAC50 in the left column.

c) Click on icon

d) Click on button

Dialog window opens.
