STEP 2

PREP

Turn on your faucet so a steady stream of cold water

flows into the sink.

Use a flashlight or headlamp to locate the 2 water

valves under your sink.

Place a bucket or towel below the valves.

STEP 3

SHUT OFF COLD WATER SUPPLY

Locate the cold water valve. It is typically the valve

on the right and can sometimes be identified by a

blue handle.

Shut off the cold water supply by turning the valve's

handle or knob clockwise until tight.

After you've shut off the cold water supply, turn off

your faucet.

STEP 4

CONNECT FILTER TO WATER LINE

Refer to the diagram on the front of the bracket to guide you during the following steps.

Disconnect the cold water line from the water valve

by twisting with your hand or a wrench.

Connect the stainless-steel hose attached to the

filter's 'inlet' end near filter cartridge 1 (female

fitting) to the water valve (male fitting). Tighten with a

wrench to create a seal.

Connect the stainless-steel hose attached to the

filter's 'outlet' end near filter cartridge 3 (male fitting)

to the water line (female fitting). Tighten with a

wrench to create a seal.
