1.4 Next, install the handlebars. Your stem is already installed on the Revolution. Just use the four allen
screws to tighten the handlebar in place. Your brakes should be angled downward at around 45 degrees, so
they are comfortable to grab while you are in your standard riding position.
1.5 Attach seat into seat post and tighten to desired position via quick release on the bottom of the seat tube.
IMPOTANT: MAKE SURE THE SEATPOST DOES NOT PROTRUDE PAST THE FRAME'S
SEATPOST TUBE! Otherwise, your rear shock could come into contact with the seat tube and cause damage
to the shock and/or the tube.
*Note: Some models with front forks will be shipped with minimal air in the front and or rear
fork. YOU MUST PUT PROPER AMOUNT OF AIR IN FRONT and REAR Air Suspension
PRIOR TO RIDING! This applies to Revolution X owners with BoXXer World Cup and Vivid
R2C Air suspension, or those who have requested air suspension on the front or rear.
