Online Account - Add a Manager
With your Account you have the ability to add Managers and/or Primary Caregivers who will have
their own online password protected access to the stoves and the settings. Managers can have
access to View & Settings where a normal Contact can't.
The main profile is the account owner and the list of Managers is below that. In this example Mike
has been added as a Manager.
Once a Manager has been added you can give them Permission to either View the data, change the
Settings or both. A Manager can be added to individual stoves or you can use the ALL Stoves
option. You can also choose which alerts the Manager should receive.
Managers & Primary Caregivers Permissions
There are 2 types of Managers that are different from a Contact that only gets Alerts.

Manager – Has access to View or Settings or both
•
Primary Caregiver – Has access to only View
First click "Add Manager or PC" button.
An email window pops up and this is where the invitation will be sent to. Once sent the next window
appears.
Choose which stoves the Manager or Primary Caregiver will have access to. Typically a Primary
Caregiver would only get access to one individual stove for that family but if required they can be
added to other stoves.
