Sayfayı YazdırRemove the two screws holding the blade guard to lower assembly. Install correct blade
and replace blade guard by tightening the two mounting screws securely. Check to make
sure the blade does not rub any part of the guard. Adjust if necessary before starting the
unit.
Keep your CC1700 Crack Saw in good condition and you can expect years of life from
it. You should schedule maintenance as follows:
Check all bolts, nuts, guards, and air filter daily.
Thoroughly clean the engine, the outside of unit and inside of blade guard daily.
Replace the engine air cleaner every 25 hours.
Replace the engine oil every 50 hours.
Check the blade drive belt, battery, and blade shaft bearings every three weeks.
Grease blade shaft bearings and any parts that contact each other daily.
Refer to the Engine Owners Manual for all additional maintenance requirements.
SOME ADDITIONAL TIPS FOR MAXIMIZING
THE VALUE OF YOUR CC1700 CRACK SAW
1.) ALWAYS use steady pressure on the unit. Allow the diamond blade to do the
work. Trying to cut faster than the blade wants to cut will only un-necessary
wear.
2.) GENTLY lower the blade into the crack when starting. NEVER allow the blade to
just drop onto the crack.
3.) ALWAYS use Diamond Products blades for best results. Our experience allows us
