INSTALLATION
Snap off the battery cover from the back of the unit. Clip in

a 9-volt alkaline battery with the connections provided and
snap back the battery cover.
Select a suitable vertical surface that is most likely to be

affected by tampering action, ex: at far side of door/window
from hinge.

Remove backing paper covering adhesive on the back of the
two strips provided and attach them to the desired location
with the help of the unit to determine proper separation
between the two.
Hang the Vibration Alarm on the strips and switch unit

from Off to On (if instant alarm is not desired immediately
after the detection of tamper action, then switch unit from
Off to Delay to introduce a delay of approximately 8 sec-
onds after detection). A short "beep" will be heard indicat-
ing the battery is installed properly.
After approximately 15 seconds, the unit will start detecting

vibration. When a tampering attempt is sensed, the alarm
will sound.
The alarm can only be stopped by switching the unit to

Off manually or it will automatically reset itself after
approximately 70 seconds.
Important: The Vibration Alarm will only detect vibration
movement properly when it is placed against a vertical surface
(standing upright).
