Bitbox Micro 2.2 Quick Start Guide

SETUP

1. Insert the microSD card into the MICRO SD slot, notched edge away

from the screen.

2. Connect the narrow end of the ribbon power cable to the module, with

the red side of the cable on the side of the header with a white bar.

3. Turn off your Eurorack then connect the wide end of the ribbon power

cable to the Eurorack +12V power supply, with the red side of the cable

aligned with pin 1 or the -12V pins on the power supply bus.

4. Mount the module into the rack and then power it up.

5. After boot up, the bitbox micro displays the Pads screen with a grid of

WAV files loaded from one of the presets provided on the microSD

card.

6. Connect Out 7 and Out 8 to your mixer or speakers.

OVERVIEW

When bitbox micro powers up, you see the

Pads Screen. Touch a pad to trigger it.

Push the Home and Tools buttons to cycle

through the other screens. Push the

arrow buttons to view more or less detail

about the selected element. Turn the

knobs to select elements and assign

values.

NOTE:

■ The bitbox micro does not automatically save your changes. Any unsaved

changes will be lost when you load a preset or power down the module. Touch

the Preset Name and then touch Save to commit the changes to the preset.
