Cable couplers for junction boxes

Only use cable couplers that are the same type

and compatible to the specifi c junction box.

Insert the cable couplers in the junction boxes

only through the outer slots on the left and on

the right of the module, as shown in the picture.

Connectors

Incompatible or unsuitable connectors can

overheat. Fire hazard!

Only use connectors that are the same type and

compatible to the specifi c inverter.

This module type can be fi tted with the

following connectors:

TE-PV4 (with locking)

You can remove the connector on a module

and replace it with another connector, if neces-

sary. You retain the manufacturing warranty if

you remove and mount with approved tools in

the proper way and according to the connec-

tor manufacturer's instructions.

8.5

Cables

Only solar cables with an 4mm

and appropriate connectors may be used for

connecting the modules.

8.6

Laying the string cables

Pay attention to bend the cables aft er they exit

from the connector, in order to keep them wa-

terproof at the cable outlet.

This keeps the cables waterproof at the cable

outlet.

Protect cables from direct sunlight,

precipitation and dirt.

Cables from module strings are laid as near to

each other as possible to minimise the eff ects

of being struck by lightning.
