6 Troubleshooting
Common problems
No Power to the unit (Power
button light not lighting up)
Appliance automatically turns
off after 1, 2 or 3 hours.
Not much Mist is being emitted
Too much Mist is being emitted
Mist functions keeps turning off
or no Mist is generated
Water dripping occasionally
from the Mist Generators
Water continuously dripping
from the Mist Generators
Cause
Power Not Switched On.
The
power
supply
connected to the appliance.
(Power Supply Not Included)
The Auto Off Timer has been
set
The mist level is set to Low.
The mist level is set to High.
All Water has been consumed
This is normal depending on
the ambient humidity etc.
Water other than Tap Water
may have been used.
