Should the generator be started manually while the control module is disabled from the circuit,
the transfer switch will immediately switch to the generator source. There will be no time delays
prior to this transfer. The automatic transfer switch will be fully operational but with no time
delays with the control module disabled.
Servicing
When servicing the transfer switch, the control module cable should be disconnected at the
transfer switch to prevent starting of the engine while working on the equipment.
