Remove the seat

Remove right hand side cover.

Loosen the two 7/16 nuts that retain the ECU (Fig. A)

Disconnect the large connector from the ECU. Remove the rubber
dust shield and install on the male connector of the PCIII. Make
sure the rubber boot is properly installed (Fig. D).

Connect the PCIII male connector to the stock ECU.

Connect the female connector from the PCIII to the stock wiring har-
ness (Fig.E). Use the rubber strap to secure the connectors to each
other.

Tighten ECU retaining nuts.

Attach PCIII to the battery tray or slide the unit under the battery
tray.

Reinstall side cover and seat.
