Charging
Connect the charging plug to
the
charging
connector,
then
plug
in
the charger to the
power receptacle. Charging takes 3 hours.
CAUTION:
* T h e battery in your
n e w
tool
is
not fully
charged. You will need to charge it before
use.
Do
not operate the tool during charging.
Overcharging more than
2
days consider-
ably s h o r t e n s t h e battery service life.
Always unplug the charger after completing
the charge.

Installing or removing driver bit or drill bit
CAUTION :
Always set the reversing switch lever to the neutral position before installing or removing
the bit.
Hold the
ring and t u r n the sleeve counter-
clockwise t o open the chuck jaws. Place
the bit in the chuck as far as it will go.
Hold the ring firmly and t u r n the sleeve
clockwise t o tighten the chuck.
To remove the bit, hold the ring and t u r n
the sleeve counterclockwise.
