Enjoying karaoke
To record your "KARAOKE" performance
Preparations:
•
Do steps 1 and 2 on page 14: "Recording".
•
Do steps 1 and 2 on page 15: "Enjoying karaoke".
•
When singing along with CDs
Insert the desired discs (A page 8).
•
When singing along with tape
Insert the desired tape into deck 1. (A page 14).
Press [a, REC] and start karaoke performance.
To stop recording
Press [L, STOP].
Note
•
To playback the recorded tape, be sure to press [SHIFT] +
[KARAOKE] on the remote control to select the "(OFF)" mode.
•
You cannot play or record KARAOKE with radio backing.
To record your voice
Preparation: Do steps 1 and 2 on page 14: "Recording".
Ensure there is no tape in deck 1.
1. First, lower volume with [MIC VOL], then connect the microphone.
2. Press [a, REC] to start recording.
3. Speak through the microphone and adjust volume with [VOLUME]
and [MIC VOL].

Note
Disconnect the outdoor antenna when the unit is not in use.
