Shut off:
Press the on/off button for more than 3 seconds.
Self test:
When the unit is connected to line power, press the on/off button.
Buzzer off:
Except for the low battery and overload alarms, turn off the buzzer by pressing the on/off button for 1 second.
Alarms and Troubleshooting
This unit has several audible alarms. To turn off the alarm, press the power button.
Slow Alarm (1 beep every 2 seconds):
Low Battery Alarm (1 beep every
discharged. This alarm cannot be shut off.
Overload (continuous beeping):

Causes
The power switch is not
pushed.
Battery voltage less than 20

unit is in battery mode.

Battery is not charged.

The unit is overloaded.
Action
Push it for more than 1 second
Plug the unit into the line for at
least 6 hours to recharge the
battery then restart.
This is normal. The unit's "green
mode" is active.
