Indicator "1" and the last day of the reporting date (month, day) are
displayed. When the results of the last reporting day data are
inaccessible, the display shows "1 --.---.---".
The volume of water used before the last reporting day is displayed.
When data are inaccessible, "00000.000" will appear on the display.
