2.4 MAINTENANCE / WARRANTY
DIVUS KNX SUPERIO is completely fanless
and has no moving parts. The industry-tested
hardware, the reduced size and minimal power
consumption make it ideal for home automati-
on. The touch panel does not require any com-
plicated installation or maintenance and there
are no special requirements on the installation
location.
The touch panel has 24 months warranty from
date of delivery (date of the delivery docu-
ment). This can only be maintained if the de-
vice is shipped back for reparation in its original
packaging, with all the shock-absorbing parts

2.5 NETWORK CONNECTION
For the usage/configuration of KNX SUPERIO
a working network connection is required. In
order to make the first access to KNX SUPE-
RIO, or if a compatible network is not available,
follow these steps:
˚ Connect KNX SUPERIO through a crossed
network cable ("crossover-cable") with your
PC
˚ Open the network configuration of your PC
˚ Change the settings of the TCP/IP – Protocol
(Version 4) of the network interface, on which

Repair shipments must be boxed within the
original packaging. Otherwise we can't gua-
rantee any warranty. If the device was shipped
in an improper packaging a flat fee for a new

correctly and be shipped together with the de-
vice, in order to provide an efficient service and
a processing time of 2 weeks.
For technical reasons, only complete systems
can be accepted for reparation.
