MAP2 PLM COMMUNICATION



If the MAP2 elevator control panel has been correctly configured as a 32 to 64 floor

elevator system, the two LEDs on the Panel Logic Module (PLM) daughter board will

indicate the RS485 communication to the auxiliary H1000 panels. The PLM LEDs are

labeled TX485 (Green LED1) and RX485 (Red LED2). If no auxiliary H1000 panels are

connected to the MAP2 elevator control panel, the TX485 (Green LED1) will toggle On

and Off. If all the auxiliary H1000 panels are configured and connected correctly, both

TX485 (Green LED1) and RX485 (RED LED2) will toggle On and Off.
