Changing a bulb

Bulbs should be replaced with bulbs of

the same type:

Manufacturer ............................... EGLO

Bulb type ...................................... GU10

Specification................................ 12981

Wattage ........................................... 3 W

ILCOS D Code...... DR-3-H-GU10-50/56

Alternatively, the following bulbs can be

used:

Manufacturer ............................... EGLO

Bulb type ...................................... GU10

Specification................................ 11511

Wattage ........................................... 5 W

ILCOS D Code...... DR-5-H-GU10-50/54

These bulbs have a different luminosity.

Only use bulbs of the same type in the

cooker hood.

These bulbs are available from Miele or

from dealers.

 Switch off the fan and the lighting.

 Remove the grease filters.

 Disconnect the cooker hood from the

mains power supply (see "Warnings

and safety notes").



The bulbs can get very hot when

in use.

Allow the bulbs to cool down for a

few minutes before changing them.

Cleaning and care

 Loosen the bulb's securing screw a

little.

 Slide the screw and the bulb

downwards.

 Then tighten the screw again.

 Turn the bulb anticlockwise and pull it

out.

 Screw the new bulb into the socket.

Please follow the manufacturer's

instructions.

 Loosen the screw slightly again, push

the bulb up and tighten the screw.

 Refit the grease filters.
