Preliminary Check-List
a)
Remove all plastic coating
b)
Open shut-off valve from gravity feed tank or switch on pressure pump
to allow oil to flow to the oil metering valve
c)
Check all fuel line connections for leaks
d)
Check oil metering valve overflow outlet.
overflow it indicates:-
Tapping the side of the valve may correct the problem.

ASSEMBLE THE BURNER AS DIAGRAM

OPERATION

i) Sediment in the valve needle and seat.
ii) Valve float not free.
iii) Excess pump pressure (more than 4 psi.)
