You can use various parameters to define the properties of the communications module.
Depending on the settings, not all parameters are available.
You set the parameters of the module as follows:

Basic procedure
1. Insert the module from the hardware catalog under "Communications modules".
2. Set the parameters of the module in the hardware configuration.
3. Download the project to the CPU.
