Power LED: Green light means printer is on
Error LED: Red light means error has occurred at the printer
Feed button: Pressing and holding this button will run the paper

6.2 Possible Causes the Error LED will light on

Out of Paper – replace roll paper
Printer Offline – connection error with other DTEs
Printer head over heat – Let the printer cool down, it will resume
automatically
Thermal Printer Head error – Non-recoverable. Send the unit to
authorized dealer
6.3 Printing & Tearing off Position
The distance between the tear off position and the printing position is 12mm
