Drizzle of Truffle Oil (Optional, but a must try! Use sparingly!)
Salt & pepper to taste
Jalapeno Popper Pizza
Cream cheese base
Freshly sliced Jalapenos
Crumbled Bacon
Cheddar and Colby Jack Cheese, shredded
Chives to garnish
Shrimp & Pesto
Homemade Pesto Sauce
Cooked Shrimp
Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
Fontina cheese (or try with Stracchino cheese!)
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
Pine Nuts
Buffalo Chicken
• Shredded chicken
• Favorite Buffalo sauce mixed with Bianca sauce for the base
• Blue Cheese & Gorgonzola crumbles
• Diced celery
• Salt & pepper to taste
Roasted Veggies with Ricotta
• Cremini mushrooms
• Yellow, Red, and Orange bell pepper, sliced
• Sundried tomatoes
• Red onion, sliced
• Ricotta Cheese
• Homemade Pizza Sauce
Roast veggies in the oven for 10 minutes with Olive Oil, garnish with chopped basil.
